Deshtika Donut Premix
30gm Butter
1 tsp Instant yeast (not included in this packet)
1 Egg
110ml Cold water
Combine Deshtika Premix, instant yeast, egg, water – mix 5 mins (hand mixing) and add butter mix 30 mins (hand mixing). Cover the dough with wet cloth and rest for 60 mins. Divide the dough into 60gm/each into desired shape. Cover the dough with wet cloth again & let it rise until double in size or 60 mins. Fry the dough in hot oil until golden brown
