*Now make these delicious soft Idlys at home. Here is how, wash and soak rice and urad dal in Luke warm water for around 3 hours. Then drain, wash and grind till it becomes a smooth paste, keep this paste aside overnight to ferment. Once fermented add salt and mix well. Pour Spoonful’s of the batter into greased Idly mounds and steam for 15 mins.
