Achu Murukku Recipe | அச்சு முறுக்கு | How To Make Achu Murukku | Rose Cookies Without Egg Recipe
ingredients needed

rice flour – 1cup
maida / allpurpose flur – ½ cup
powdered sugar – ½ cup ( little less than ½ cup )
salt a pinch
cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
sesame seeds – 1tsp
mix all together
coconut milk ( thick ) – 1 cup
lump free semi thick batter
keep the mould in hot oil for 30 seconds
dip in the batter
coat the batter 3/4th in the mould
deep fry ( high – medium flame )
deep fry until slightly brown
repeat the process until the batter is over
